Curriculum Vitae
Short Biography
I hold the Jon and Sarah Fister Chair in Law & Economics at the University of Iowa College of Law. I study antitrust law, evidence law, and various subjects in the umbrella of law and economics. These are also subjects that I regularly teach, along with contract law. I have advanced degrees in law, economics, and statistics. Prior to joining the faculty at Iowa Law, I served for several years as an antitrust attorney at the Federal Trade Commission in Washington, DC, where my practice focused on the review and litigation of mergers in technology and commodity-chemical spaces.
